Chris Burkey

Originally from New York State, Chris has lived in Belize for all of his adult life, and has worked in every aspect of the Belize real estate industry not only in the sale and closing of literally thousands of Belize properties, but also as the exclusive agent for multiple high end projects and developments all over the Belize cayes and Belize mainland. Chris has contributed greatly in the growth and development of Ambergris Caye, and is a fantastic resource for all things related to real estate in Belize.

Scott Fuson

Scott was born and raised in Knoxville, Tennessee, where he lived, worked, and studied until joining the US Navy in 1990. In 2009 Scott moved to Ambergris Caye, Belize and joined Chris Burkey’s Coldwell Banker real estate firm in 2010. In the years since moving to Belize Scott has become a legal Permanent Resident, established himself in the community, made many wonderful friends, and sold millions of dollars in real estate, both on Ambergris Caye, and the southern Belize mainland. Scott has a first hand understanding of the Belize real estate market, and valuable insight into all aspects of buying, owning, and living in Belize.
